On-Site Building Management Office

The Building Management Team is located in Suite 2210 and are available from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, to assist with any questions or concerns.

Parking Garage

Sunset Media Center features an on-site parking garage equipped with valet service and electric vehicle charging stations. Parking for employees and guests is available in the parking garage at monthly, daily and hourly rates ($3.00 every 15 minutes, $12.00 per hour and a daily max of $19.00). Please check your lease to determine rates for monthly parking in reserved and unreserved stalls.  Monthly parkers may gain access to the parking garage through the use of their building access cards.  If overnight parking is necessary, please complete the Overnight Parking Form and submit to the Building Management Office for approval.

Parking and valet services are managed by LAZ Parking, located at the Argyle parking entrance/exit, and is open from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. For other inquiries, please contact them directly at 323.769.5943.

Security

Sunset Media Center provides security services for the building’s common areas 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
